1. Once you have selected your products, you can make your order through the website, by E-mail (marking out the product number), MSN, SKYPE or directly calling our customer service at 84585475/13911650160.
2. Our payment is only Cash On Delivery: When your order has arrived, check your delivery and directly pay the deliveryman in cash.
3. To ensure the products can be delivered to you in an efficient and smooth manner, please write down your detailed receiver and contact information.
4. Standard Delivery Fee: RMB30 every order. If your order is over RMB1, 000 at one time, shipping is free.
5. Our delivery time is 8:30am – 6:00pm. Please arrange your reception time properly; if you have any special requirements or specifications, please contact us ASAP, and we will try our best to adhere to them.
6. Please check the products according to the shipment order as soon as it arrives. If there are conditions such as quantity shortage, products damage, or quality issues, please inform us immediately and we will exchange or delivery more products. Please do not use the products after we have been informed of the aforementioned problems, if this happens you will not be able to exchange the product.
7. If you make the order by phone, please confirm the product number with us and give us your invoice title. The invoice will be delivered to you together with the products.
8. If you order by e-mail, please choose whether or not you need an invoice. Be sure to write down the title of the invoice before submitting the order. The invoice will be delivered to you together with the products.
